Right now, we are looking for a Front-End Lead to join our team!
About Your Role
As a Front-End Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping and leading the development of dynamic and high-performing eCommerce user interfaces. You will guide a talented team to deliver cutting-edge solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, and a seamless user experience. This role requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to manage projects and inspire your team.
What We Are Looking For
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven leadership experience in large eCommerce projects, including managing teams and delivering results.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, especially React.
Deep expertise in headless architecture and development within public cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with composable commerce systems is a strong plus.
Experience with Next.js and StyledComponents.
Knowledge of Headless CMS systems; experience with Amplience CMS is a plus.
Proficiency with Storybook for UI development and testing.
Experience using useSwr for data fetching and state management.
A strong eye for design and detail to deliver polished, high-quality user interfaces.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Autonomous and proactive in decision-making and execution.
Hands-on coding skills to guide and mentor the team by example.
Strong organizational skills to lead projects efficiently.
Ability to inspire and motivate team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
