The ideal candidate will be based in Ahmedabad and have a proven track record of creating visually appealing and user-friendly web designs.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of web developers.
Design and develop web pages that are visually appealing and highly functional.
Create responsive designs ensuring compatibility across various devices and browsers.
Implement and maintain CSS-heavy projects, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Optimize web design for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure consistency in designs and align them with the company’s branding guidelines.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Web Developer or similar role with a minimum of 4+ years.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS,SCSS,JavaScript
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, or Sketch.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries Reactjs.
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
