Highspring is seeking a Global Pricing Manager to drive pricing strategy across the company’s global markets.  This role reports directly to the Vice President, International Finance and works closely with cross-functional teams to develop competitive pricing models, optimize revenue, and ensure profitability across all business lines and geographies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs and implements global pricing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and financial objectives, considering market dynamics, regional regulations, and competitive factors
  • Continuously monitors, assesses, and reports on the impact of pricing on sales and profitability; provides actionable insights and recommendations based on data from both internal financial systems and external market sources
  • Regularly tracks and reports on key pricing metrics such as price realization, margin expansion, revenue growth, and market share to measure the effectiveness of pricing strategies
  • Works closely with sales teams to create pricing models that align with sales targets, promotional campaigns, and integrated service strategies
  • Establishes and maintains pricing policies, guidelines, and frameworks across global markets to ensure pricing integrity and compliance with internal standards, legal regulations, and industry norms.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve pricing workflows, tools, and systems to increase accuracy and efficiency; leads or collaborates on pricing system upgrades or enhancements.
  • Conducts special financial projects and analyses as requested by senior management.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • At least 3 years’ experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting required; exposure to international markets preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power Automate required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively required
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across different regions and cultures required

Multiple locations | Remote eligible with management approval

Travel Requirements: Less than 5% (almost no travel)

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between $65,000 and $85,000. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
