Part-Time Graphic Designer
LOCATION: Washington, DC or Remote
SALARY: $28 USD/hour (20 hours/week) or $2,250 USD/month
TIMEFRAME: Contract Through August 2026 (Opportunity to Renew Annually)
HOURS: Must be able to commit to 20 hours per week.
ROLE: Part-Time

We are looking for someone who is able to:
- Confidently use Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Confidently use Canva and build templates from designs made in Adobe software
- Cleanly trim photos in Adobe Photoshop
- Manage several tasks and projects at once
- Create designs that entice and inspire Gen Z and Gen Alpha
- Be a self-starter and get ahead of projects
- Be detail-oriented (catch typos, fix alignment issues, and ensure brand consistency)
- Consistently work toward and meet deadlines
What projects this role will focus on:
- BBYO International Convention: SWAG, social media graphics, large-format prints (banners, meter boards, foam boards), app design, and other printed program materials
- Campaign & Initiative Branding Kits: Flyer templates, letterheads, social graphics, and other digital assets.
- Global Leadership Training Conferences: Large-format prints, SWAG, posters, and slide decks.
- Training Resources
- Special Strategic Projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or other Adobe software is a plus. This role can be hired as a Part-Time employee in the U.S. or contracted outside of the U.S.
