We are a non-profit organization, founded in 1924, focused on involving Jewish teens in meaningful experiences. For over a century, we have provided leadership programs and identity enrichment experiences to Jewish teens globally. We offer year-round activities and programs in local communities, along with summer camp and global travel opportunities to inspire, connect, build leadership, and foster community.

We have 725 chapters across North America and in over 60 countries, reaching about 70,000 teens annually. We provide experiences that build leadership, friendship, and Jewish connection. Our operational teams manage IT and computer science initiatives to support membership and donor data, handle CRM updates, and implement processes for data collection, cleaning, maintenance, analysis, and validation.

Our alumni engagement teams provide operational and programmatic support for alumni, donors, parents, and lay leaders. This includes project management, program development, content creation, and data organization. We also offer frontline CRM and website support, create data-driven reports, and coordinate logistics for leadership meetings and administrative tasks. This includes managing regional financial activities in Salesforce, standardizing processes, and supporting volunteer advisor operations like gift tracking, recruitment, and communications.

Our mission is to inspire Jewish teens to find their community, shape their purpose, and lead their communities. We aim to involve more Jewish teens in more meaningful experiences. We deliver fun, inspiring, and empowering experiences that build leadership, friendship, and Jewish connection. We are supported by families, alumni, and partners who believe in the power of Jewish youth.
