Today, we’re entering a new phase: pivoting towards an AI-powered website builder and adding self-service signup and automated marketing funnels to our traditionally sales-led growth model.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to join us at this pivotal moment. You’ll be at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and marketing — ensuring we launch products that land powerfully and scale quickly.
As Growth Marketer you will:
Design and implement automations, integrations, and internal tools to streamline go-to-market operations (e.g., CRM integrations, customer tracking, marketing automation).
Build and optimize the infrastructure needed for lead generation (outbound, inbounds and partners), funnels to convert from free to premium, self-signup, onboarding flows and activation.
Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure our new AI website builder is successfully adopted across different customer segments.
(Re)Build our Tool Stack : CRM, Calendar, Calling, Marketing Automation, Emailing, etc.
Help create data flows and dashboards that track acquisition, activation, and retention across both sales-led and product-led motions.
Troubleshoot go-to-market technical challenges and own solutions end-to-end.
Contribute ideas to help us blend AI, automation, and human touch-points into a seamless user experience.
2–5 years of experience in a role supporting Sales teams or in a similar role.
Comfortable with no code tools and building integrations between systems (Zapier).
A solid understanding of SaaS customer journeys, especially Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) models.
A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit — you love spotting opportunities to make things better, faster, and simpler.
An analytical mindset — you base decisions on real customer behavior and performance metrics.
