Our client is looking for a results-driven and ambitious Growth Marketer who has strong expertise in HubSpot to own and optimize their growth operations. This role is pivotal in driving the revenue engine by building systems, processes, and campaigns that directly impact their business goals. With direct executive exposure and mentorship, you will collaborate with world-class growth marketers and CRM experts to execute strategies and optimize outreach efforts. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of their growth machine and significantly impact the business as our client scales toward their $50M revenue goal.

Key Responsibilities
Lead List Management: Download, enrich, and upload lead lists to HubSpot to ensure that the sales team has high-quality prospects to reach out to. Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and refine targeting strategies based on HubSpot data analysis. Use data-driven insights to optimize lead segmentation and targeting to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Outreach Optimization: Analyze and optimize cold email and calling outreach strategies to maximize response rates and lead qualification. Work closely with cold calling teams to troubleshoot issues and enable them to be more effective. Track and optimize the sales funnel, identifying stages where deals are most often lost and recommending strategies to improve conversion rates.
CRM & Data Management: Own and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring leads, deals, and workflows are accurately maintained. Build and automate HubSpot workflows to improve team efficiency and ensure a seamless lead-handling process. Solve complex data issues in the CRM before they impact the business. Create and maintain dashboards that provide insights for intelligent decision-making.
Campaign Strategy & Reporting: Develop and execute growth campaigns leveraging cold calls, emails, SEO/PPC, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct regular performance analysis and make data-driven decisions on resource allocation and campaign adjustments. Report on key metrics such as pipeline velocity, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness, recommending optimizations to improve results.
Collaborative Work: Work with cold email partners to create campaigns that drive engagement and results. Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure they have the tools, data, and support needed to exceed their quotas. Assist with lead qualification and follow-up to support the BDR team in maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Use insights to refine buyer personas and identify high-yield opportunities for targeting.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or growth operations. Expertly proficient in HubSpot and marketing automation tools. Strong understanding of lead generation, cold outreach, and campaign optimization.
Skills: Strong proficiency with HubSpot, email platforms (e.g., Instantly.ai), and data analysis tools. Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Clay, or Make is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on improving efficiency and overcoming obstacles. Data-driven mindset: You make decisions based on data and insights, not assumptions.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of lead generation strategies and funnel management. Experience with SEO, PPC, and LinkedIn outreach as part of a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated with a hunger to learn and grow quickly. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Results-oriented with a strong focus on generating measurable outcomes.
