Job description
The Growth Lead is responsible for driving the companyβs growth strategy and execution through a data-driven, systematic approach. Their mission is to identify opportunities, prioritize experiments, and coordinate cross-functional teams to scale impact on key metrics like acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR funnel).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate the growth hacking process, establishing a prioritized experiment backlog.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (product, engineering, data, marketing, sales) to run quick and efficient tests.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to uncover bottlenecks, opportunities, and user behaviors.
Define and monitor growth KPIs, maintaining a results-focused mindset.
Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Document learnings and systematize what works to scale successful initiatives.
Communicate results clearly to stakeholders and executives.
Experience in digital product, growth marketing, or data analytics.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.
Practical knowledge of analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics), A/B testing, and automation.
Scientific mindset: hypotheses, rapid testing, learning, iteration.
Data and results-driven decision-making.
Strong collaborative leadership and communication skills.
Success Indicators
Number and success rate of experiments executed.
Consistent improvement in key metrics (retention, conversion, CAC, LTV).
Implementation of scalable processes and learnings.
Team-wide adoption of a growth mindset.
