You’ll partner closely with the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing Growth, the Head of Global Communities & Events, and EMEA Sales leadership to deliver hard-hitting, pipeline-generating programs. The ideal candidate is equally strong in strategic planning, hands-on execution, and ROI measurement—and thrives in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

Duties and responsibilities

Regional Marketing Ownership

  • Lead and execute the regional marketing strategy for EMEA, focused on demand generation, campaign activation, and sales alignment.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the EMEA Sales team to support pipeline growth, territory-specific programs, and ABM efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing Growth to design and execute impactful, campaign-driven programs tailored to EMEA audiences.
  • Be the regional expert—surface competitive insights, local buyer behavior, and market opportunities.

Partner Marketing & Ecosystem Engagement

  • OwnEMEA partner marketing initiatives, collaborating with MSSPs, VARs, training centers, and alliances.
  • Develop co-branded campaigns, manage joint event participation, and build scalable partner toolkits.
  • Report on partner engagement and track ROI across initiatives.

Event Marketing & Community Chapter Growth

  • Plan, execute, and optimize OffSec’s regional events strategy—including trade shows, regional field events, workshops, and partner activations.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Global Communities & Events to launch and support local OffSec community chapters across key cities in EMEA.
  • Own post-event workflows: lead capture, follow-up strategy, and comprehensive ROI reporting.
  • Ensure all events embody OffSec’s brand and mission to grow the offensive mindset.

Content, Copy, and Localization

  • Write and adapt compelling copy for email, web, ads, and event promotion that speaks to regional audiences and adheres to OffSec’s voice.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and design to develop high-impact regional content.
  • Be agile in generating lightweight assets when needed.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Use HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics tools to track campaign and event performance from lead to revenue.
  • Analyze and report on both campaign and event ROI regularly—optimize continuously based on funnel impact.
  • Manage the EMEA marketing budget with precision and accountability.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B regional marketing, with strong exposure to the EMEA market.
  • Cybersecurity or SaaS industry experience is required—you understand the buyer, market dynamics, and sales cycle in technical verticals.
  • Proven experience in field marketing, partner marketing, and event execution.
  • Deep understanding of ROI measurement, pipeline influence, and lead lifecycle metrics.
