How your day will look like π‘
- Marketing strategy & positioning: You develop and are responsible for a measurable, scalable marketing strategy focused on growth in the DACH region, targeted along the customer journey and coordinated with our sales team. Managing the Operations Handover process to ensure smooth transitions from project delivery to ongoing operations.
- Sales pipeline development: You design and manage effective demand generation measures (allbound campaigns) to generate qualified leads and significantly fill our pipeline.
- Funnel & conversion optimization: You analyze and optimize the entire demand and lead generation - from website visit to SQL - with clear KPIs, ongoing testing culture and focus on efficiency.
- Budget & ROI responsibility: You manage the marketing budget, manage external service providers and ensure a data-driven decision-making basis to improve ROI and CAC.
- Revenue & Sales Alignment: You work closely with the sales team, define common KPIs, establish structured handover processes and translate marketing activities into concrete revenue targets.
- Brand & thought leadership: You position ahead as the leading provider of modern intranet solutions in German-speaking countries - with targeted campaigns, co-marketing initiatives and creative formats on LinkedIn, events and in the media.
Your Profile π©βπ»
- Proven experience in the B2B SaaS environment: at least 5 years of experience in growth marketing, ideally with concrete successes and the ability to increase conversion rates and reduce CAC.
- Excellent analytical skills: Confident using marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot), Google Analytics and BI platforms, as well as strong knowledge of measuring and optimizing KPIs and performance metrics.
- Strategic thinking and operational drive: You combine strategic vision with a hands-on mentality and can react quickly to market changes to capitalize on growth opportunities and scale processes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills: Business fluent in German and English; ability to communicate convincingly both internally and externally.
- Results orientation & sales focus: You understand marketing as an integral driver of sales growth, take responsibility for the direct contribution to sales targets and have a strong mindset for continuous optimization and innovation.
- Native or fluent level of German (at least C1/C2).
