We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedHead of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth at SpecterOps. The Head of Growth Marketing will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that leverage our unique expertise in adversary tradecraft to generate demand and expand our market presence within the cybersecurity industry. This position requires a leader with a deep understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing operations. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Lead Generation: Lead efforts to generate high-quality leads through targeted marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote SpecterOps’ products and services.
  • Marketing Operations: Ensure efficient processes are implemented to improve internal response times, increase engagement, and enable internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive success and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology industry
  •  Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results and contribute to business growth
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas and strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for cybersecurity and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and developments.

Nice to haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • Experience with open-source communities or PLG motions

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings

  • Candidate must be authorized to work and reside in the United States; we do not currently sponsor immigration visas.

Salary Range: Base salary annually, commensurate with experience

  • $205,000 - $250,000
