Vitable Health was founded in 2020 and has 51-200 employees, operating in the healthcare industry. We provide a health benefits platform for employers of everyday workers, including hourly staff, 1099 contractors, and those in home care, restaurants, transportation, manufacturing, and non-profits. Our goal is to make high-quality healthcare accessible and affordable for uninsured and underinsured Americans.
We offer several health benefits. Our Primary Care includes unlimited virtual visits, mental health care, and access to over 1,000 free or low-cost prescriptions and labs. Employees have no out-of-pocket costs, deductibles, or copays. We also offer premium add-ons like GLP-1 support and advanced lab testing. Primary Care covers women’s health services (e.g., STI/STD testing, annual well-woman exams, birth control) and essential lab testing (e.g., organ function, cholesterol, diabetes screening).
We also provide Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) with flexible, ACA-compliant options like ICHRA and QSEHRA. Employers can set monthly reimbursement amounts, allowing employees to choose their own health plans. These plans come with tax advantages and include access to our Primary Care.
For ACA compliance, we offer Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) and Minimum Value (MVP) plans, which include Primary Care. These help businesses meet ACA Part A and Part B requirements.
Our Occupational Health services streamline onboarding and screenings, offering services like QuantiFERON®-TB Gold testing in partnership with Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics.
For ancillary benefits, we provide employee-funded vision and dental coverage through an open network. This covers preventative, basic, and major dental services, as well as annual eye exams, lenses, frames, and contacts.
Mental health coverage is included in our Primary Care membership, offering unlimited mental health coaching, licensed therapy (with limits for VPC Enhanced members), one-on-one counseling, asynchronous tools, referrals, and medication management for conditions like stress, anxiety, grief, and trauma.
