We’re looking for a dynamic Regional Director to take the lead as both a coach and a key contributor, playing a pivotal role in building out a world class team of Account Executives across the EMEA region. Salary Range: base salary annually, commensurate with experience.
- OTE: £300,000 - £340,000
Location: This position is remote, based in the United Kingdom with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to grow the skillset of the sales team.
- Foster a positive environment promoting SpecterOp’s core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans to ensure team growth and success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the Eastern region.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved at all levels.
- Serve as a point of escalation for critical accounts and effectively resolve conflicts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with Channel leadership to explore strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company’s market reach.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, monitors, and reports on key sales performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM and other tools to track performance, client interactions, and pipeline management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10 + years of sales experience
- 2+ years leading a sales team
- Proven experience in sales management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Customer-first mentality.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior cybersecurity experience & SaaS-based solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working at early-stage companies, under 100M revenue.
- Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and written skills and proven presentation skills
