Job description

Zipdev is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable HR Admin to support our Human Resources department. This role focuses on the operational and administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from account setup to payroll coordination and offboarding. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth processes and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account setup and deactivation (tools, email, databases)
  • Operational onboarding and offboarding coordination
  • Support client setup (billing, PTO, schedules)
  • Background checks and hardware coordination
  • Payroll preparation support (adjustments, timesheets, updates)
  • Manage time off requests and financial assistance plans
  • Internal communications (announcements, birthdays, anniversaries)
  • Provide general HR admin support and documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, operations, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Comfortable using HR and productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, HRIS, payroll platforms)

  • Proactive, dependable, and solutions-oriented

  • Proficient in Excel and/ or Google Sheets

  • Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)

  • Vacation: 10 business days a year

  • Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year

  • Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Zipdev Day)
