Spreetail is seeking an HR Coordinator to support our people-first culture through seamless HR operations and employee support. In this role, you’ll manage employee records, assist with onboarding and payroll, respond to HR inquiries, and help drive engagement activities. We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—ready to make an impact and grow their HR career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

How you will achieve success:

  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and ensure all documentation meets compliance standards.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and status changes in partnership with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding for full-time and temporary employees and support employee communications and engagement initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, troubleshooting IT issues, guiding on PTO, and supporting timesheet and payroll accuracy.
  • Assist with HR reporting, investigations, meeting coordination, and general administrative support across multiple locations.

What experiences will help you in this role:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR, administrative, or coordinator role; experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or operations environments preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various locations.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS, timekeeping, or ticketing systems is a plus.

$40,204 - $60,306 a year

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $40,204/year to $60,306/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including geographic market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Spreetail is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
