We’re looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Program Director to lead our creator driven revenue revolution. You’ll scale a TikTok Shop affiliate program that turns creators into marketers, mentors, and sales machines. If you’ve ever dreamed of building a high performance MLM style affiliate system in a brand first, mom powered business, this is your shot.
What does success look like?
Success as our Influencer & Affiliate Program Director means turning TikTok Shop into a viral sales engine that mirrors an MLM style creator network, where top performers don’t just sell, they coach others and help them succeed as well. You’ll activate 1,000+ new affiliates each month, drive $1M+ in monthly GMV, and maintain a 10%+ net profit margin by balancing samples, commissions, and ad spend with ruthless efficiency. Within six months, you’ll promote your first tier of paid creator-coaches who mentor others and help scale the program without bloating headcount. You’ll turn our VIPs into micro-leaders, build a creator community that self-replicates, and launch contests, playbooks, and incentives that get 50%+ of affiliates posting weekly. This role isn’t about managing influencers, it’s about architecting a movement that drives compounding growth through aligned incentives, smart systems, and unstoppable momentum.
KPI’s:
- $1M+ monthly sales from TikTok affiliate videos
- 1,000+ new creators activated monthly
- 50%+ weekly posting rate among creators
- 10%+ net profit margin, balancing commissions, samples, and fulfillment
- 10% MoM growth in GMV from top VIP creators
- In 6 months, TikTok becomes a serious challenger to our Amazon channel
🧱 Your One Thing
Build and scale a flywheel-style creator program on TikTok Shop that generates compounding growth. You’ll recruit, train, and empower creators, especially VIPs, to coach and inspire others.
🔥 Your Top Priorities (20% BIG ROCKS)
- Design and implement a tiered creator incentive program with SOPs, playbooks, and growth systems
- Build & manage a Discord community of creators to drive engagement and retention
- Elevate our top 50 creators into paid coaches or incentivize them to scale content output
- Maintain 10%+ net profit margin by managing costs, incentives, and campaign alignment
🛠️ Weekly/Monthly Responsibilities (80% Ongoing Execution)
- Track performance and identify high leverage creator segments
- Run contests, build newsletters, and maintain CRM (via Euka)
- Manage ad performance on TikTok and A/B test creator content
- Host group trainings, analyze trend reports, and send out scripts/hooks
- Audit content, launch campaigns, and run ongoing program improvements

Familiar with affiliate, influencer, or network marketing (bonus if you’ve done MLM or high-ticket sales)
Obsessed with creator engagement, coaching, and performance

2+ years leading influencer/affiliate programs or ambassador communities
Proven success managing creators and driving measurable sales
Strong communication and coaching skills
Experience in e-commerce or TikTok Shop preferred
