What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Knowledge Management Specialist to support the team with various tasks that ensure all members have access to the necessary knowledge to achieve divisional objectives.

What will I be doing?

  • Identifying knowledge needs based on various inputs.
  • Editing content, including videos, to enhance knowledge sharing within the IT division.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement tailored learning plans that address different needs.
  • Working together with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive knowledge catalog.
  • Establishing and maintaining a knowledge agenda that includes general training, lectures, and talks.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to organize and systematize IT documentation.

  • Relevant experience working on supporting content creation for remote teams
