ZigZag is looking for a KOL Support Manager to join our team!

About our client

Founded by digital content expert and Australian TV/Radio personality Jules Lund, our client is revolutionising branded content creation and creator marketing across the globe. Since launching 9 years ago in Australia, Our client has expanded into the UK and the US and is now made up of an amazing team across 4 offices.

They connect some of the world’s leading brands with their community of opt-in Creators. They combine an approach of technology and team to enable brands to easily source, brief, and licence creator content. We are Meta, TikTok, Snap and Pinterest Marketing Partners.

Purpose of the Role

They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented KOL Support Manager to join our team . In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless communication with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), gathering essential project details, and coordinating closely with our Web3 team to optimize campaign execution. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Web3 space, be familiar with crypto payments, and have hands-on experience using crypto in their daily life or professional capacity.

Responsibilities

KOL Communication and Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for KOLs, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Gather comprehensive details from KOLs regarding project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Communicate KOL feedback and requirements back to the internal team for alignment.

Financial Information Management

  • Facilitate the collection of financial details from KOLs, including wallet information for payments.

  • Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and resolve any issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.

Budget Negotiation

  • Collaborate with the Web3 team to negotiate terms and rates with KOLs, aligning with campaign budgets and financial guidelines.

Client Information Coordination

  • Work closely with clients to gather all necessary information missing from KOL interactions to ensure project completeness and success.

Campaign Support

  • Support the Web3 team in managing campaign logistics and operational tasks to meet project deadlines and objectives effectively.

Collaboration with Web3 Team

  • Partner closely with the Web3 team to ensure seamless integration of KOL strategies into overall project goals and initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Telegram is essential

KPI’s

  • KOL Engagement: Track the number of KOLs engaged per campaign

  • Accuracy of Payment Process: Ensure that all KOL payment details are accurate, minimizing errors and ensuring prompt and correct crypto payments.

  • Campaign Timeline Adherence: Monitor and report on campaign timelines, ensuring KOL deliverables are met on schedule.

  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of satisfaction with clients through effective communication and reliable KOL management.

  • Financial Efficiency: Ensure campaigns are run within the defined budget, optimizing spend and maximizing ROI.

About You

  • You are someone with a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, and you are highly familiar with crypto transactions and how KOLs function within this space.

  • You’re passionate about the intersection of technology and influencer marketing, and you’re comfortable working with decentralized technologies.

  • You enjoy building relationships and ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved, from KOLs to clients and internal teams.

  • You are detail-oriented and methodical, always ensuring that the fine details of KOL agreements, including payment logistics, are accurately handled.

  • You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to the growth and success of our client.

Skills & Experience

  • Web3 Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Web3 landscape, including decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and blockchain technology.

  • Cryptocurrency Experience: Daily use of or extensive experience with cryptocurrency, wallets, transactions, and how crypto payments are processed.

  • KOL Engagement: Experience working with influencers, understanding their role within marketing campaigns, and knowing how to manage contracts, negotiations, and deliverables.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of maintaining clear and professional communication with KOLs and clients.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are accurate.

  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and rates with KOLs while adhering to campaign budgets.

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling financial transactions, KOL details, and campaign management.

  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Web3 teams, ensuring that all aspects of the campaign are aligned and executed smoothly.

  • Tech-Savviness: Comfortable using tools like Google Suite, Telegram, with an understanding of Web3 applications, wallets, and crypto platforms.
