MuleSoft Lead Developer
Location: Remote EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable and reusable MuleSoft APIs and integrations.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
- Define and enforce MuleSoft development best practices and coding standards.
- Manage the full API lifecycle: design, development, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Guide and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers, conducting code reviews and technical training.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 3 years in MuleSoft.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2) and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect preferred.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, RAML, JSON, XML, and SOAP.
- Experience with Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
