- Act as a trusted consultant and advisor to senior business leaders, translating organizational priorities into transformative learning solutions.
- Lead program design and learning architecture for key initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to define objectives, scope, and success metrics.
- Use data and performance insights to make strategic, evidence-based decisions that optimize learner engagement and business impact.
- Champion the integration of emerging technologies—including generative AI—into our learning ecosystem, rapidly prototyping and implementing innovative tools and formats.
- Partner with Learning Operations to shape the long-term content strategy within our Learning Experience Platform, ensuring discoverability, curation, and user-centric delivery.
- Manage complex, cross-functional learning projects with autonomy and accountability, delivering high-quality outputs on time and aligned with business needs.
We are looking for people who have:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and multimedia content creation, with a strong emphasis on video production in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing creativity and expertise in multimedia content, particularly micro-learning videos and modern visual design (portfolio examples included with your application is optional, but highly encouraged).
- Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, scripting, storyboarding, and applying modern visual design aesthetics to create diverse and engaging learning materials.
- Proficiency with video production and visual design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), plus experience with animation, motion design, and audio editing for visual storytelling and instructional use.
- Experience working with generative AI and a commitment to continuous learning, with an experimental mindset to rapidly translate AI breakthroughs and industry trends into innovative learning solutions.
- Proven ability to influence at all levels, including senior leaders, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and SMEs, influencing without authority and communicating complex ideas clearly.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a dynamic environment, coupled with strong data analysis skills to measure effectiveness.
- An innovative mindset, a reputation for exceptional style and creativity, and the flexibility to experiment, adapt to feedback, and continuously improve learning experiences.
