Job description

The Learning and Adoption Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing loan officer proficiency and promoting the adoption of Trust Engine products. Reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs, including creating engaging microlearning videos and managing LMS content.

A key aspect of this position involves developing robust coaching initiatives and meticulously measuring their effectiveness through established metrics. You’ll also partner cross-functionally with the Chief Growth Officer, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, and leadership to foster a strong working relationship. Success in this role will involve autonomously leading initiatives that directly support the company’s expansion and retention goals to enhance the overall client and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead direct Loan Officer training and development for the TrustEngine product suite, including large-scale webinars and creation of engaging content.

  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive internal training programs to enhance industry knowledge across various departments.

  • Create and manage engaging microlearning video content to support rapid skill development and knowledge retention.

  • Develop and implement coaching programs tailored to drive loan officer adoption of products, processes, and best coaching practices.

  • Effectively analyze data to define and execute best practices to increase product adoption, continuously seeking innovative training methods.

  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of all training and coaching initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience managing training for Loan Officers, or training within the mortgage industry.

  • Instructional Design background, building training using the ADDIE model or similar design principles.

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong ability to create, edit, and produce high-quality microlearning video content.

  • Proven ability to design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of coaching programs for sales or similar professional teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in identifying training needs and solutions, and interpreting data to drive program improvements.

  • Proficiency utilizing Zoom, G-Suites, training software (e.g. Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Easygenerator), Tableau or other data tools.

  • Ability to travel and attend on-site client trainings and meetings, as needed % of time.

  • Previous experience as a Loan Officer preferred.

Base Salary Average: $75,000 - $100,000 plus variable up to $20,000
