We are looking for a Legal Intake Specialist to enhance case conversions through a voice-based intake system. This role involves handling inbound calls, guiding potential clients through the intake process, and accurately capturing case details.
Your responsibilities include:
Handling inbound calls from potential clients responding to ads.
Following a structured intake script to gather and log case details.
Assessing caller eligibility based on predefined criteria.
Providing alternative resources for non-qualified callers.
Maintaining engagement to minimize call drop-offs.
Ensuring compliance with legal and confidentiality standards.
Using Dialpad for call tracking and real-time data capture.
Collaborating on optimizing the intake process.
Law fresh graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
Strong communication skills with the ability to be assertive, empathetic, and proactive when engaging with callers.
Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural and professional tone.
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills.
Comfortable handling high call volumes and managing multiple tasks.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call handling software (e.g., Dialpad) is a plus.
Flexible availability based on performance analysis.
