MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 30 hours

SHIFT TIME ZONE: CST

SHIFT HOURS: 10AM-4PM CST

SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Processing Assistant to support our loan operations team. This role primarily involves managing email communication, with occasional calls using Google Voice. You will help set up loan files, upload them into investor portals, gather client documentation, and coordinate with third parties for required documents and approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain loan files with accuracy and completeness
  • Upload loan files into investor portals for processing and approval
  • Communicate with clients via email (and occasionally by phone) to collect necessary information and documentation
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to order supporting documents for loan approval
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely processing
  • Maintain accurate records and organize all client interactions and documents

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in loan processing, mortgage, or a related administrative field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of emails and using Google Voice for calls
  • Familiarity with investor portals or loan software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
