CPT-9508 App QA Testing Assistant
REQUIRED SERVICE: Technical VA
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE TIER LEVEL: (Entry, Junior, Senior or Advance)
MIN. HOURS/WEEK: 10 hrs/week
SHIFT TIME ZONE: EST
SHIFT HOURS: Between 6am-10pm ET
SHIFT DAYS: M - F
Number of VAs: 2 - 3
Job Title: App QA Testing Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily test passes of critical application flows as outlined in a provided script
- Log all test runs clearly and accurately
- Reproduce and retest critical bugs on various devices as needed
- Flag new bugs and escalate to internal QA (James) for deeper investigation
- Optional: Support edge case or exploratory testing depending on capacity and comfort level
Requirements:
- Access to multiple devices/platforms (e.g., iOS, Android, desktop browsers, etc.)
- Ability to follow detailed testing scripts and accurately record results
- Proactive and consistent work ethic (this is a daily task)
- Good written communication for reporting issues and findings
- Nice to have: QA testing background or experience with bug tracking and documentation.
