What Makes You a Great Fit:

The Compensation and People Analytics Manager will support the design, implementation and analysis of our people-related data and compensation initiatives. You will use your analytical expertise to deliver insights that drive informed decisions on compensation, organizational development, talent operations, workforce planning, and overall employee experience. This role is responsible for delivery of objectives in a timely manner, with some guidance. While main priorities will be defined, this role will collaborate with others on this team (and other functional partners), and be versed in areas of secondary responsibility on the team.

We’re looking for an energetic self starter to join our team to manage people analytics and compensation. This is a fast-paced, highly visible function, which helps to ensure our leadership team has the information they need to make decisions about our workforce.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Manage headcount planning and forecasting while partnering with business leads to understand headcount needs while preparing leadership presentations on headcount plan vs. actuals,  hiring & attrition trends, leveraging people systems and data visualization tools.
  • Analyze trends, including quarterly business reviews and produce summaries to show results of regular employee engagement surveys.
  • Manage compensation reporting, summaries and reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc compensation reviews for promotions and mid-year changes.
  • Build and maintain internal and stakeholder tools, including dashboards, scorecards, charts, and heatmaps
  • Analyze and maintain compensation data to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity while conducting benchmarking analyses using market surveys and industry data to develop and refine compensation structures and pay programs in alignment with company objectives.
  • Support annual compensation reviews, including merit increases and distribution of short and long term incentives.
  • Own the end to end process of Compensation Committee deck and material, ensuring accuracy and alignment with broad-level standards
  • Maintain program, process and plan documentation.
  • Evaluate, recommend and support the implementation of compensation and analytical tools to improve scalability, user experience, and data integrity
  • Manage and support the integrations of APIs and data flows between HR systems ( HRIS and Compensation Platforms)

Let’s Connect If You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in data and compensation analysis with experience providing data insights and presenting to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience with compensation surveys (e.g. Radford, Mercer) and benchmarking methodologies.
  • Exceptional Excel skills and use of analytic tools.
  • Experience using data to inform recommendations and influence stakeholders while adapting messaging to diverse audiences.

It’s preferred if you have:

  • Experience with Pequity compensation tool.
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Experience with a variety of HR systems and tools, particularly ADP.
  • Experience managing multiple challenging projects and applying initiative, creativity, and problem solving.
  • Experience managing programs/projects with changing priorities.
  • Experience implementing and managing HR systems.
  • Ability to understand new datasets/data structures.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.


Annualized Pay Range

$132,000—$205,000 USD
