What’s the Opportunity?
As a Rewards & People Analytics Manager, you will lead global compensation programs while leveraging people analytics to enable data-informed decision-making. You’ll partner closely with HRBPs, Finance, and business leaders to ensure alignment with dLocal’s business goals and culture.
What I will be doing?
- Design, implement, and manage compensation structures across all regions (LATAM, APAC, EMEA).
- Oversee annual merit cycles, bonus plans, and salary benchmarking processes.
- Ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices.
- Lead compensation-related work for promotions, new roles, and offers globally.
- Collaborate with Finance on compensation forecasting and budgeting.
- Own HR data reporting, dashboards, and key people metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders to turn data into strategy, driving business and people decisions.
- Use LTI platform to define our benefits.
What skills do I need?
- Proven experience in compensation and people analytics, ideally in global or high-growth tech environments.
- Strong knowledge of job leveling, pay equity, benchmarking tools, and merit/bonus cycles.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits for a total rewards mindset.
- Comfortable using HRIS, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Familiarity with equity programs and incentive design.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts, with the ability to translate data into business action.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
