Kaseya is looking for a SrMarketing Strategy Analyst to deliver data-driven insights that inform strategic marketing decisions across its global IT and cybersecurity portfolio. This role will be central to analyzing marketing and business performance, uncovering trends, and supporting go-to-market strategy with rigorous, actionable data.
This role is ideal for someone who loves diving into data, uncovering insights, and translating analytics into high-impact recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets across marketing channels, funnel stages, and customer segments to uncover performance insights
Support strategic decision-making by developing reports, dashboards, and forecasts tied to KPIs (e.g., CAC, CLV, pipeline velocity, ROI)
Partner with Revenue Marketing, Marketing Ops, Product Marketing, and RevOps to align analytics with business goals
Perform competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis to support campaign and GTM planning
Conduct customer segmentation and behavioral analysis to guide campaign targeting and positioning
Assist in developing business cases for new marketing initiatives using historical data and predictive modeling
Provide executive-ready reporting and visualizations for quarterly business reviews and strategic planning cycles
Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy Sr. Analyst to connect tactical analytics with long-term vision and planning
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, strategy, or business intelligence, preferably in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
Solid understanding of B2B marketing metrics: CAC, MQL to SQL conversion, funnel efficiency, CLV, etc.
Strong storytelling ability with data — comfortable preparing summaries for both technical and non-technical audiences
Highly detail-oriented with a passion for digging into the “why” behind numbers
Experience in SQL, R, or Python for deeper data analysis is a plus
A collaborative mindset and curiosity to work across business units and explore new data sources
