This role offers excellent growth potential for an ambitious marketer who wants to create and coordinate complete marketing campaigns. Your impact will be immediately visible in company performance, creating opportunities for advancement. You’ll develop comprehensive marketing skills while working in a fast-paced environment that recognizes and rewards hitting specific targets and solving complex marketing challenges. Additionally, you’ll gain valuable experience in campaign management, cross-functional collaboration, and marketing technology implementation.

As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you’ll have direct responsibility for delivering 50 qualified leads monthly, creating 6 high-performing campaigns quarterly, and building nurture sequences that convert. You will be reporting to the VP Marketing and you will:

  • [55%] Coordinate and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate qualified leads efficiently.

    • Maintain our marketing execution calendar, ensuring that campaigns are planned and integrated into our broader GTM strategy
    • Ensure proper tracking and attribution of campaigns via Hubspot and Salesforce
    • Create and update campaign landing pages using Elementor
    • Execute targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns including audience setup, creative implementation, and reporting
    • Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all campaign touchpoints
    • Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to improve results
    • Run technical QA checks before all campaign launches to verify asset quality, tracking, links, and user experience
    • Build LinkedIn ad creative using Figma templates
    • Write compelling ad copy aligned with campaign objectives
    • Monitor lead generation and maintain lead hygiene

    • Deliver on campaigns to meet specified deadlines and output
    • Run weekly reviews to keep projects on track
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and blockers
    • Adjust timelines when priorities shift while maintaining launch dates

    • Create emails and sequences that nurture lead engagement
    • Test and optimize sequences based on engagement metrics
  • [10%] Analyze performance data to meet specific targets.

    • Track progress toward 50 leads/month target and $50 CPL
    • Report on campaign metrics including CTR and MQL conversion rates
    • Identify underperforming elements and implement improvements
  • [5%] Coordinate with internal teams.

    • Where necessary, communicate campaign plans with relevant teams to increase adoption and impact

Objectives - The problems you will solve

In your first month:

  • Audit all lead generation channels to establish baseline CPL and conversion metrics, identifying 3 quick-win optimization opportunities.
  • Generate 15 qualified leads independently at $60 CPL or less while documenting repeatable acquisition processes.
  • Clean and standardize all FY25-generated leads according to Salesforce criteria, establishing ongoing lead hygiene protocol.
  • Design and implement 1 complete nurture sequence targeting 6% MQL conversion rate with clear performance tracking.
  • Complete technical onboarding across all marketing platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, Figma, etc.) within the first two weeks.
  • Establish standardized campaign management routine with weekly performance check-ins and stakeholder reporting.

In your first 3 months:

  • Generate 45 monthly qualified leads at $52 CPL or less, documenting acquisition channel performance and ROI.
  • Design and deploy 3 nurture sequences achieving minimum 7% conversion to MQLs with behavioral triggers.
  • Reduce campaign production time by 25% through templated assets, streamlined workflows, and process improvements.
  • Build and launch custom campaign landing page using Elementor with full conversion tracking.
  • Create and launch 3 digital ad campaigns achieving minimum 1.75% CTR with comprehensive performance analysis.
  • Implement standardized campaign brief process with 100% stakeholder adoption and tracking.
  • Achieve 95% campaign execution accuracy across all technical elements with a documented QA process.

In your first 6 months :

  • Consistently generate 50+ qualified leads monthly while maintaining $50 CPL or less with a documented scalable process.
  • Create and launch 6 high-converting digital ad campaigns quarterly achieving minimum 2% CTR, integrating digital, content, and event strategies.
  • Develop and implement 4 automated nurture sequences quarterly converting 8% of leads to MQLs with personalized content paths.
  • Maintain 98% campaign execution accuracy with robust tracking, tagging, and technical setup validated through automated QA.
  • Create a comprehensive campaign playbook documenting all successful workflows, templates, and best practices for scaling campaign operations.
  • Build campaign measurement framework directly tying marketing activities to pipeline generation and revenue impact.
  • Develop at least 2 innovative campaign approaches not previously used by the company with documented results and learnings.

What you need to be great at

  • Campaign coordination and timeline management: Important because we win through execution, and staying organized and having a plan is how we execute.
  • Digital marketing platforms and ad creation: You don’t need to be a specialist, but you need to be willing to become proficient in using LinkedIn campaigns to advertise. Knowledge of the Hubspot Marketing stack is a huge advantage.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability: Try as we might, nothing ever goes to plan, the resilience and humility to adapt is crucial for this role.
  • Quality control and attention to detail: Customer-facing material requires a high standard of attention to detail.
  • Balancing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines: The ability to focus on the priorities of the organization whilst balancing your own accountabilities is critical.
