Marketing Coordinator – Aesthetics Division

Seeking an experienced and qualified individual to coordinate marketing activities and initiatives for Fotona LLC, meant to increase brand awareness and grow market share for the Aesthetics Division. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, events, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Role

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.

  • Develop and deliver creative content, messaging, design, and layout of marketing materials as requested.

  • Coordinate the development of event-specific marketing materials, such as invitations, flyers, signage, promotional items and digital assets.

  • Create and manage high-caliber social media content and posts in line with Fotona branding and overall marketing strategy.

  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.

  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.

  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.

  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including digital asset database, trackers, contact directories etc.

  • Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team members.

  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.

  • Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments and management, as well as vendors, contractors, and freelancers.
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop unique content ideas.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for representing organizations in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations, and while participating in trade shows.
  • Project management experience and time-management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously. Familiarity with project management software is also an asset.
  • Proactive problem solver and collaborative team player who takes ownership of
  • responsibilities.
  • Technical skills for generating reports, viewing marketing metrics, extracting data, and sharing this information with other team members in project updates. Working knowledge of basic computer applications, programs, and features is a must, with experience in web page development or graphic design being very helpful.
  • Ability to provide information on previous campaigns, projects, and timelines overseen and implemented in order to demonstrate overall capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including social media management tools and email marketing software.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and vendors at an international level.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules, availability for limited travel, no more than 10%.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs. occasionally, ability to push/pull very heavy equipment on wheels/casters occasionally.
  • Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer, and sit for extended periods.
