Job description
As the Digital Marketing Generalist, you’ll fuel Within3’s growth by driving engagement and increasing conversions of prospects and existing customers. You’ll succeed in this role if you have a proven track record in working across multiple channels to build and execute digital marketing strategies.
This is a temporary fixed term contract - Maximum 60 Hours per Month - Contract end December 21 2025
What you can expect from the opportunity:
- Execute against a digital lead generation strategy that supports the overall marketing strategy
- Manage Within3’s social media presence to amplify brand presence
- Own Within3’s employee advocacy program to increase thought leadership and campaign reach among internal champions
- Run Within3’s paid LinkedIn ads to expand audience engagement
- Work closely with the Events Manager to deliver pre-, peri, and post-event marketing strategy, promotional support, execution, attendee and lead list processing for both live events and virtual (webinars, roundtables, and workshops)
- Work closely with different marketing functions to align campaigns to the global strategy
- Marketing operations support, including the setup of HubSpot workflows and sales sequences
- Sales operations support, including triaging and monitoring leads
- Other duties as required
What you need to grow and succeed
- No less than five years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in digital channel execution
- Strong project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Must be highly proficient in using marketing automation technology (HubSpot) and leveraging a CRM (Salesforce)
- Experience in a B2B SaaS business; experience in the life sciences industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a remote-first and fast-paced, agile environment
