REQUIRED SERVICE: Marketing

Marketing Virtual Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Content Management: Upload/update content on Ivorey or Kajabi-style platforms.
  • Blog & Newsletter Publishing: Format and publish blog posts and newsletters to maintain content consistency and engagement.
  • Content Repurposing: Convert long-form content into short-form snippets for social media and other platforms.
  • Digital Organization: Organize business and brand assets, ensuring easy accessibility.
  • File Management: Maintain and structure folders within Google Drive, Canva, and Trello for efficient workflow.
  • Lead Magnet & Graphic Formatting: Design and format lead magnets and light social graphics using Canva.
  • Email Campaign Management: Format and schedule email campaigns and nurture sequences using ActiveCampaign.
  • Schedule social media and Pinterest posting

Preferred but Not Required Skills:

  • Opt-In & Lead Magnet Setup: Build opt-ins, deliver lead magnets, and connect forms/integrations for smoother user experience.
  • Automation & Ads Management: Set up light automations and manage backend configurations for Facebook ads.
  • Website Updates: Update basic website pages including offers, mailing address, and opt-in forms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong proficiency in digital platforms including Ivorey, Kajabi, Google Drive, Canva, Trello, and ActiveCampaign.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to various platforms and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong written and communication skills for formatting content professionally.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in content management, digital marketing, or administrative support is a plus.

APPLICATION SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGEABLE/REQUIRED:

  • WordPress (website), ActiveCampaign (email), Canva, Google Docs, Trello, and Alkai for social content. We’re planning to consolidate into Ivorey or Kajabi soon.
