Job description
Symmetrio is hiring multiple National Accounts Directors on behalf of our client, a global leader in the medical device industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-value strategic partnerships with national accounts, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), and key industry stakeholders. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding long-term business opportunities, and strengthening relationships at all levels, including the C-suite.
This is a fully remote position with approximately 50% travel expected. The total on-target earnings (OTE) range from $250,000 to $275,000.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute account strategies that align with client needs, ensuring our solutions provide maximum value.
Establish and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers to influence long-term business partnerships.
Leverage District Sales Managers and internal resources to optimize opportunities within strategic accounts.
Identify growth opportunities, increase account penetration, and drive preference for our solutions.
Deliver impactful presentations and technical demonstrations to showcase our products’ value proposition.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on sales goals, product availability, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to position our company for success.
Ensure a uniform approach across national and local decision-making levels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
Minimum of five years of experience in customer relations, strategic account management, or business development.
Proven ability to overcome competitors, develop exclusive partnerships, and drive high-value deals.
Strong technical competence paired with business acumen to engage at the executive level.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Exceptional follow-up, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable delivering compelling technical demonstrations.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
