Symmetrio  is currently recruiting a Physics Support Specialist for our customer, a leading multi-national medical software company. This is a remote position with approximately 25% travel required. You will work from home while supporting customers remotely using advanced tools, Teams meetings, phone, and email interaction working with a team of physicists, dosimetrists, and IT specialists.

Responsibilities

  • Train customers on physics algorithms, linac modeling, and quality assurance (QA).

  • Assist with Python scripting troubleshooting, customer support, and training as needed.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through remote support and onsite visits.

  • Respond to tenders and explain product functionality.

  • Conduct large and small group presentations at seminars, training programs, and trade shows.

  • Guide new customers through the product delivery process.

  • Plan, perform, and document application demos and training sessions for customers and internal teams.

  • Collaborate with the development team through exploratory testing of new product versions.

  • The ideal candidate will be a service-oriented professional with a strong motivation to work in a dynamic environment.

  • They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills are comfortable presenting and teaching to various audiences.

  • The candidate should be adaptable, able to handle diverse tasks, and thrive in solving complex problems independently and collaboratively. A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced setting are essential.

  • Candidates will need a MS or PhD degree in medical physics or a related field with relevant certification along with five years of clinical experience.

  • Experience with multiple TPS platforms is preferred.
