Analyze performance data and translate insights into operational narratives that drive stakeholder buy-in and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Operations
Partner with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to influence roadmap decisions, build compliant workflows, and improve clinician and patient experiences.
Serve as a launch lead or advisor on strategic client rollouts, new care verticals, and regulatory changes requiring network or platform adaptations.
Project Management
Drive high-priority projects from ideation through execution, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.
Maintain momentum across competing priorities while keeping deliverables organized and transparent.
Team & Stakeholder Engagement
Manage offshore support resources and collaborate closely with the broader Marketplace and Clinical teams.
Help facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and executive reporting for major client accounts.

Experience building processes, automating tasks, and making things more efficient.
Team player that enjoys working cross functionally.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
