Our client, a well-established law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Paralegal. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal field while assisting attorneys and supporting clients.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) – required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software.
Responsibilities:
Organize case files, scan documents, and manage emails.
Assist with client intake, scheduling appointments, and follow-ups.
Support attorneys with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Help draft and file basic legal documents under supervision.
Gather and organize medical records for case preparation.
Communicate with insurance companies and medical providers as needed.
