We are seeking a People Business Partner who’s not just great with “HR stuff” - we’re looking for someone who thrives in the grey areas, knows how to read a room, and believes that great people strategy drives business performance. You’ll be embedded in the teams you support, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape and deliver a people strategy that directly supports organizational goals and key results (OKRs).
As a People Business Partner, you’ll play a central role in enabling organizational effectiveness by leveraging data, insights, and strong partnerships to influence decision-making and foster a high-performance culture. You’ll provide proactive, strategic guidance throughout all stages of the team and employee lifecycle, staying closely connected to the departments you support.

What you’ll do
- Partner with our revenue organization and work alongside leaders to align people strategies with business goals and OKRs
- Leverage data and insights to influence decision-making and foster a high–performance culture
- Coach leaders to enable them to develop and grow and support difficult conversations with empathy, clarity, and courage
- Provide support and proactive guidance on people-related decisions such as organizational design, talent planning, career growth, employee relations, and more
- Partner with our IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Allyship) team to create a culture where everyone can thrive, grow, and feel like they belong
- Partner with Centers of Expertise on the People team on compensation, performance, and promotion programs
You should have
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Partner (preferably in tech or high-growth organizations)
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proven success coaching and guiding managers across all levels of leadership (experience working with revenue teams, preferred)
- Demonstrated experience leading company-wide people programs
- Experience with initiatives related to DE&I, strongly preferred
- Experience with employee relations matters and US employment laws and practices
- Your own unique talents! The national pay range for this role is $93,900 - $138,412. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
The anticipated closing date for this role is June 27th, 2025.
