What you’ll bring
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs, wants, and pain points.
- Product/Service Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as emerging technologies to provide cost-effective and flexible solutions.
- Market Analysis: Understanding of competitor offerings, product roadmaps, and emerging technologies.
- Presales Support: Experience in supporting market teams in customer sales discussions, delivering presentations, demos, and proofs of concept (PoCs).
- Presales Execution: Contributing to formal sales responses such as RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring work meets commercial and reporting standards.
- Sales Enablement: Creating highquality, reusable content for formal bids, contributing to sales enablement collateral, and creating thought leadership content
- Storytelling: Ability to craft clear and concise messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition.
- Sales: Expertise in the sales process, activities, drivers, and levers.
- Collaboration: Ability to work with Markets and Sales teams to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Presentation Skills: Confidence in presenting propositions to internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Understand competitor offerings and identify unique advantages for Datacom. Understand product roadmaps and emerging technologies.
- Presales Support: Support Market teams in customer sales discussions. Deliver presentations, demos and/or PoC’s.
- Presales Execution: Contributing content and bid strategy to formal sales responses such as RFP / RFI / RFQ, ensuring work meets commercial and reporting standards.
- Customer Presentations: Deliver demos and POCs showcasing the solution’s capabilities.
- Sales Enablement: Create high quality, reusable content for formal bids, contribute to sales enablement collateral and create thought leadership content.
