The Supply Solutions and SaaS Operations team is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to focus on ezCater’s growing API integrations portfolio. In this position, you will delight our supply partners by building powerful enterprise class integrations that seamlessly connect ezCater solutions with our partners’ in-store technology.

You will collaborate with leading POS solutions, enterprise brands, and third-party technology companies to create a seamless B2B experience. You will define our integration strategy and align products and processes across Product, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and external teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build & Lead: You will define and lead our integration strategy. You will work with Engineering and Operations stakeholders to expand and enhance the impact of our integrations.
  • Collaborate: You will work with Research, Design, UX, and Analytics to identify customer needs and develop solutions. Work directly with senior stakeholders and our supply partners to understand their technology needs.
  • Organize & Prioritize: Own the success of our integrations by establishing both near-term and long-term roadmaps focused on moving vital metrics.
  • Learn & Know: Learn how the industry solves problems through integrations and educate the industry on how ezCater delights customers everyday.

What You Have:

  • Communicate Effectively: You have experience thoughtfully explaining unique concepts to diverse audiences, and know how to break down complex topics for any stakeholder.
  • Product Leadership: You have 10+ years of product experience leading roadmap development and development projects.
  • Technical Know-How: You have 5+ years of experience integrating solutions with third party applications via API integrations. Point of sale experience preferred.
  • Insanely Autonomous: You love setting audacious goals and are fully comfortable directing your own way to get there. You commit to a schedule and stick to it.
  • Agile & Flexible: You manage risk but aren’t afraid to iterate. You ideally are familiar with high growth operations and problem solving in fast-paced tech spaces. You have an excellent track record providing a positive customer experience, as well as a keen eye for anticipating bottlenecks and roadblocks.
  • Creative Problem Solver: After developing a deep understanding of our products and our partners, you’ll help identify risks and uncover opportunities that will help us soar.
  • Data Driven:  You work with analysts and self-serve reports to guide initiatives. You are capable at creating reports/analytics via reporting solutions and SQL. You may also use Postman for troubleshooting APIs.

The national cash compensation range for this role is $181,000 - $240,000.*

*Please note: Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise and region & may vary from the amount above. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits (such as equity, 401K or medical, dental or vision insurance).
