Our core product is Productboard Spark, an AI agent for product management. Spark synthesizes customer insights, supports evidence-based decisions, and helps build organizational knowledge. We offer tools for roadmapping to ensure strategic alignment, centralize customer feedback for actionable insights, support strategic planning to meet business goals, accelerate product development through standardized processes, and enhance customer engagement by validating ideas and closing feedback loops.

Our platform helps teams align feature ideas with product objectives, make informed decisions from customer feedback, and prioritize features by linking them to customer data. It includes a searchable repository for product requests and feedback, plus intelligent workflows to identify trends. The platform fosters collaboration, offering leaders visibility, developers clarity, sales and customer success tools to capture insights, and marketing teams coordination for launches. We were founded in 2014 and offer a free 15-day trial for our software and a public beta for Spark.
