Requirements
- 5+ years of law firm or in-house experience
- JD degree (or foreign equivalent) with good standing in at least one US state bar
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; establishes and maintains strong relationships and credibility with stakeholders
- Highly organized and proactive; capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Responsibilities
- Provide full product life-cycle counseling across Uniswap products in collaboration with lead product counsel
- Track regulatory developments and conduct legal research on current rules and regulations
- Develop and implement various legal processes, policies, and playbooks, including compliance policies and procedures
- Support lead product counsel in advising the business and marketing teams on laws and regulations as they apply to crypto both domestically and internationally
- Collaborate collegially and supportively with other members of the legal team
