Job description
Your mission
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a strategic role at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. Your mission will be to ensure that our solutions are well-positioned, clearly messaged, and successfully adopted in the Swiss market.
Key responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products, features, and market launches specific to Switzerland.
- Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling value propositions and messaging tailored to the Swiss audience (by region and language).
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to inform product strategy and differentiation.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with product knowledge, customer personas, pitch decks, and other materials.
- Customer Insights: Gather feedback from clients, prospects, and internal teams to inform product development and communication strategies.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to produce case studies, product sheets, webinars, and blog articles aligned with our brand and local tone.
- Product Launches: Lead the local execution of product launches, coordinating across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a product ambassador at events, webinars, and with clients to reinforce our market positioning.
Your profile
❏ 4+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a SaaS or B2B tech environment
❏ Proven track record in launching products and driving product adoption
❏ Strong understanding of the HR tech landscape and/or Swiss market dynamics is a plus
❏ Bilingual: Fluent in French and German, plus a good level of English
❏ Excellent storytelling and communication skills
❏ Analytical mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs
❏ Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
❏ Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on execution skills
