ABOUT THE ROLE
- At ROI Hunter, we take the Product Marketer role seriously, constantly refining it to align with industry best practices, drawing inspiration from resources like the Product Marketing Alliance and renowned product marketers such as Martina Launchengco (have you ever read her book Loved?), or famous Product Marketing LinkedIn personas like Yi Lin Pei. We are committed to continuous improvement, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Product Marketing success, which goes beyond mere content creation.
- Our Product Marketing strategy is built on three core pillars: Value Promise, Value delivery, and Cashing Value.
- You will be responsible for the Value Promise pillar: This encompasses everything from the first interaction a lead has with ROI Hunter to when they become a client and begin onboarding with our Customer Success teams. You will ensure our partners understand and trust our solutions, making them comfortable referring their clients to us. Your strategies will also influence how we convert these partner leads during the sales process, helping to eliminate any obstacles faced by prospects and sales reps.
- You’ll be at the forefront of our partnerships with Meta and Snapchat, engaging with professionals from these major tech companies daily and collaborating on global projects and events (we have contacts in São Paulo, the US, Dublin, London,…).
- Y ou will establish a strong foundation for long-term communication and collaboration with partners to maximize the generation of qualified leads.
- You will streamline the sales process to ensure swift and efficient acquisition of partner leads.
- You will develop compelling messaging that aligns with our value proposition and sets the right expectations for client onboarding.
- You will organize webinars and events related to our partners.
- You will manage additional aspects of the sales process, including competitor analysis, TAM (Total Addressable Market) management, and product demos.
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone with a solid experience in B2B marketing, whether in Product Marketing or Demand Generation. What’s essential is that you understand the B2B sales process and have a strong grasp of the activities that generate leads and drive growth. You’re always exploring new ways to reach prospects, with a focus on digital approaches like webinars rather than traditional events.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who:
- Thrives in SaaS environment, where you’ll have the chance to shape strategies that support key partners.
- Is comfortable with stakeholder management, working closely with both internal teams and external partners to get things done.
- Has a B2B mindset, understanding the sales process and how to align marketing efforts to drive success.
- Focuses on lead generation and is excited to explore new, innovative ways to generate demand.
- Loves collaboration: you’ll be working with global teams and top-tier partners like Meta and Snapchat, gaining first-hand experience in managing high-level relationships.
- Is outcome-oriented, always thinking about results and how to measure impact, with familiarity with OKRs being a plus.
- Has strong English communication skills, as most of our communication happens in English, and you’ll need to articulate complex ideas clearly.
