About the Role

Location: Remote (EST Preferred)

Role Type: Full-Time

Reporting to: Sr. Manager, Program Implementation

Compensation: $85,000 to $110,000 per year

CodePath is at an inflection point as we launch our 5-year strategic plan to scale our organization in its next phase of exponential growth in order to increase our impact from 20,000 students to 100,000 students served annually.

To help accomplish this scale, we are hiring a Program Implementation Manager to support CodePath’s for-credit course implementation with university partner institutions. You will play a pivotal role on the CodePath Local team, helping to embed CodePath’s technical education model within university systems, align programming with academic pathways, and ensure high-quality student and faculty experiences.

In this role, you’ll work closely with university faculty, staff, and internal CodePath teams to support program launch, manage delivery, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You’ll use your knowledge of CS education and strong project management skills to support a best-in-class, on-campus, cohort-based technical education program.
