The Job:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager to support high impact programs within the Product and Technology Program Management team. You will be involved in driving impact on the company roadmap. We strive to be the heart of the cross-functional collaboration connecting Product, Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Security, and other teams. Together, we drive the successful delivery of our roadmap while strategically partnering with key stakeholders to shape 6sense’s releases, process, and governance.

In this role, you will lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and understand technical details. You will leverage strong attention to detail, customer focus, and bring simplified solutions to problems in a technical environment. You will be comfortable operating in a fluid, agile, and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners with Product, Engineering, User Experience, Product marketing, and other cross functional teams to deliver programs with the highest quality and on schedule
  • Understands dependencies across functions to optimize the overall system and deliver the highest quality offerings at scale
  • Communicates complex ideas clearly and effectively; able to adjust communication approach to suit different audiences and stakeholders
  • Anticipates upcoming risks and issues and develops risk mitigation strategies proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Brings an experienced product mindset to tie strategy and execution together
  • Assists in organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, tracking actions, and providing updates on program status.
  • Supports process improvements and assists in leveraging metrics to improve team performance
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues, goes beyond status reporting to drive execution and remove obstacles.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical environment or project management role
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them to various audiences
  • Knowledge of the principles, practices, standards and tools associated with broad reaching program management
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships across the organization
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to assist in synthesizing data and presenting it in a clear manner
  • Experience with tracking program metrics
  • Good written, verbal communication- Expert collaborator
