This position is fully remote and available for applicants living in countries in Central America and Mexico, including Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, and Panama.

Job Summary:

As a Project Coordinator for Signal-Based Merchandising (SBM) at Trax, you will play a key

role in supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of SBM programs across key

retail markets. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams (Data, Ops, Tech, Client

Success) and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue

resolution of ongoing SBM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the setup, launch, and tracking of SBM programs across multiple retail locations or markets.
  • Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders including Client Services, Retail Operations, Tech Support, and Data Science to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, trackers, and client-facing deliverables.
  • Ensure task assignments and deliverables are completed on time and escalate risks proactively.
  • Support internal and external communication by preparing reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Manage and monitor campaign performance, including signal quality, compliance metrics, and intervention timelines.
  • Assist in issue triage and troubleshooting, engaging appropriate teams for resolution (e.g., signal drops, photo failures, app issues).
  • Support vendor and field team coordination when new outlets or routes are activated.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and share feedback to refine SBM workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • English: 100% (C1-C2)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or operations, preferably in CPG, retail tech, or merchandising.
  • Familiarity with retail execution, merchandising practices, and/or image recognition platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Excel, Monday.com, or Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with global teams.
