Job description

We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator. If you’re looking for a passionate team of marketers who love to help clients reach their goals, while helping each other grow and learn, this could be the team for you! We’re looking for someone who has a passion for marketing, who is collaborative and who is a learner at heart - someone who loves helping clients meet their goals and grow

Responsibilities:

● Day-to-day management of task intakes

● Facilitating team member communication

● Providing client and stakeholder updates

● Creating reports

● Managing timelines and schedules

● Managing expectations around deliverables

● Reporting to the Account Manager and staying aligned around client objectives

● Addressing the “what,” “when,” “who,” and “where” questions of the contract

● 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work.

● Bachelor’s degree preferred

● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365).

Desirable Skills: Candidates should ideally have 3-5 of the following skills to be considered a strong candidate:

● Keyword research.

● Editorial calendar planning.

● Content brief preparation for various formats.

● Blog/article writing with good English grammar (usage of AI and Grammarly tools permitted).

● PR experience including press release creation and virtual networking.

● Project management and coordination (familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, AirTable, etc.)

● Canva design.

● Email marketing (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Instantly, Brevo, etc.).

● Experience with AI tools like MidJourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc. ● Adobe tools proficiency: Photoshop/Firefly, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier.

● Video editing skills (Canva, Premier, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

● Social media video marketing for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.

● CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, PipeDrive etc.).

● Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads.

Specialized Skills: Having any of the skills below helps you to stand out above other applicants in our screening process

● Front-end Web Developer skills (WordPress builders, basic coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

● Back-end Web Developer skills (knowledge of servers, hosting, PHP, SQL).

● Full-stack Web Developer capabilities.

● Web design and prototype mockup skills (e.g., Figma, Divi, Elementor, Bricks Builder, etc.)

● Automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc.)

● Google Business Profile marketing and ranking improvement.

● SEO skills (on-page, off-page backlinking, citation work).

● Management abilities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Job type: Full time

Work set-up: WFH (we provide the equipment)
