Mira Real Estate is looking for a Project Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to scaling our projects and ensuring impactful communication across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns for real estate projects.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage marketing activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
Oversee the delivery of marketing materials and promotions, ensuring they meet brand standards.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors.
3+ years of experience in project marketing management, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in market research and data analysis.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with UAE real estate market trends is a plus.
Proficiency in English & Russian, speaking, writing and reading.
Professionality in marketing generally and in particular: PR, Lead generation, Social Networks Management, PPC, Brand Management, etc.
Ability to work on large scale projects up to $500,000 Monthly.
