Job Description
As the Senior QA Analyst, you will report to Experian Health, your role is critical to ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and performance of our payer data integrations and eligibility workflows. You will work with developers, product managers, and database administrators to validate complex data flows, automate test coverage, and support our AWS migration efforts.
Quality Assurance & Validation
- Design and execute test plans for payer data workflows, eligibility transactions, and EDI connections.
- Perform regression, functional, and performance testing across Clearinghouse systems.
- Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and edge cases in data processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with partners to understand reporting and data validation requirements
Test Development & Execution
- Develop automated test scripts using QA tools, SQL, and MongoDB and maintain test scripts
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on data pipelines and integrations
- Validate data retrieval and transformation logic through test cases
Reporting & Documentation
- Produce detailed QA reports highlighting test coverage, defects, and insights
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related quality issues
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to ensure QA readiness.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Partner with teams to understand data flows and quality requirements
- Collaborate with IT and data management teams to enhance QA processes and tooling
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in QA or similar role, within healthcare or payer data environments, along with healthcare clearinghouse systems and EDI transactions is beneficial
- 3+ years’ experience in test planning, execution, and defect tracking and with data validation, integration testing, and database QA
- 3+ years’ experience with data visualization tools for QA reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Advanced degrees or certifications in QA are beneficial
- 3+ years’ experience with QA tools and platforms (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
- Exposure to additional programming languages or scripting tools for test automation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education. You will be also eligible for a variable pay opportunity.
