Job Overview:

MORE Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team based in the Philippines. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in independently managing the recruitment process for US clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently engage with US-based clients to understand their hiring needs and strategic objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely updates.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the selection process.

  • Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

  • Proactively identify and attract high-caliber virtual professionals across various industries and roles.

  • Leverage online platforms, networks, and industry events to build a robust talent pipeline.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate preferences.

  • Provide expertise and guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices.

  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating MORE Staffing’s values and commitment to excellence.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database.

  • Generate reports and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably with exposure to US-based clients.

  • Strong understanding of the US job market, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with recruitment software and platforms.

  • Flexibility to work following US time zones when needed.
