Job Title: Entry-Level Salesforce CRM Administrator
Location: Remote
Work Shift: EST
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Fulltime)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of Salesforce who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic business environment. You will support the day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our users and business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily administration and support of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support business operations.
Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
Support data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and provide training as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Stay current on Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates.
Bachelorβs degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
Basic understanding of Salesforce platform functionality and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
- Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, Data Loader, or similar.
- Exposure to CRM processes in sales, marketing, or customer service.
